We stayed at her place for U of I mom’s weekend 2026! Mary was very responsive to any questions we had. It was cozy! 5 minutes from my daughters school apartment. We’d definitely stay again!

This is a perfect location - central to U of I and restaurants, shopping. Rin was the most responsive and helpful host I have ever experienced - great job! She does indicate there are stairs, so be mindful of that. The window AC units worked great, which could be a concern since this is an attic unit. The price was so much better than the extremely high hotel costs the weekend we were there, and we had a much better experience than being in a hotel. It is an older home, so that comes with creaks and doors slightly ajar, but that was no big deal.

I've stayed in the loft twice before for multiple nights each stay. It's perfect for me, which is why I keep coming back. The location is in the heart of downtown Champaign with lots of restaurants only steps away. The loft is clean and comfortable and well equipped. I love it.

We had a great stay here for a few nights while in town for work. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy.
The space was comfortable and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after long workdays. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient for getting around.
Overall, a reliable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely book again.

This was a great place in downtown Champaign! Loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Rin was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

we really enjoyed our stay at Rin's place! it fit our large group and was kid friendly in the house as well as the parks around. when we had issues with anything Rin was very accommodating and helpful, thank you for the hospitality and we really recommend staying with Rin when in the neighborhood!

I love stay at this place. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Champaign. it's close to everything, basically you will be at heart of everything.
Also, just one thing I'll say is that the noise from the street is loud sometimes but nothing that can't disturb your sleep. just giving a try feedback and still highly recommend it.

Amazing place. Very clean and the apartment is very sunny and the host is always responsive to your needs. I would say this place is a rare find! Loved my stay.

The place was great! Kid friendly! My kids loved that they had their own room to share with each other. Looks very much like the pictures and host was super responsive. Would definitely recommend
