Do not move any of the furniture as it may damage the floors or items being moved. CLEANING Leave the Kitchen in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. Please dispose of any trash laying in or around the house before check out. Follow check-out instructions. KITCHEN Use designated storage areas for your food items and do not leave food or drink out unattended to prevent spills and any uninvited pests. SECURITY Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. COMMUNICATION Please keep me informed of your estimated arrival time and any changes to your plans so I am able to better assist you and provide a smooth check in experience. EMERGENCY Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and contact information for local authorities. Guests will have full access to the entire private home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and laundry area. Please note: The storage closet and exterior garage are locked and reserved for owner use only. Entry is completely keyless via an August Smart Lock. A unique access code is automatically generated for each guest and: Activates at your check-in time on arrival day Deactivates at your check-out time on departure day For your privacy and security, codes are never reused or shared.
